How long can I rent your apartments for?
We have 2 kinds of let:
Short Lets, which are from 1 to 90 days and Long Lets which
are for any length of time beyond this.
What is the booking procedure?

Will my credit card be charged at time of booking?
Your card is not charged, it is used simply to guarantee the booking.

How do I pay for my apartment?
You will pre-pay in full on arrival at the apartment at a previously
agreed rate.
Do you accept credit cards?
All major credit cards are accepted, including American Express.
Do you require a security deposit?
We do not take a security deposit, however, you will be asked for an
imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.
Cancellation Policy.
Cancellations must be made from 48 hours and upwards prior to arrival,
depending on the type of booking, to avoid any penalty charges.
Concierge Service.
A full concierge service is available, depending on the type of booking.
